Of Gratitude and Acceptance

It’s that time of year again. We begin our journey into review and introspection. What became of this year? What are we grateful for? And what must we accept as part of our emerging new reality in 2020?

As I shared in my 2019 New Year’s predictions, this past year was one of truth, of revelation and eruption, both personally and culturally. How we experienced 2019 was determined by how we responded to that truth bubbling in our lives. We all navigated this past year of increasing instability best we could, within the confines of our beliefs, using the tools and resources available, and with the growing awareness that we are heading into uncharted territory. Life is becoming something unexpected. We must become something unexpected, too.

We now take pause to reflect. And to begin opening our vision to The Roaring 20s that we are entering. I will be sharing my thoughts about this immense coming year next month in my 2020 New Year’s predictions. A good place to close this past year is in gratitude and acceptance, a strong foundation for everything you will experience in 2020.

Feel the potential bestowed during such turbulent times by the truth that is begging to reveal itself. And accept where you are right now in life. Stand fully in this place and be grateful for who is there with you. We are all about to walk through a door together.
